Qualifikationen

(Junior) Bookkeeper / Financial Accountant (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

1. Manage incoming and outgoing invoices to ensure timely payments.
2. Verify and process payments, track outstanding items, reconcile open items, and maintain master data.
3. Support the management of bank and cash accounts, including creating accruals.
4. Process travel expenses and credit card transactions, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and handle various accounting entries such as accruals, reclassifications, and deferrals.
5. Assist in creating financial reports and analyses to aid management decision-making.
6. Support additional tasks and projects, including preparing financial statements and VAT returns.

Your profile:

1. Completed commercial education focusing on finance, bookkeeping, taxes, or similar.
2. Experience in applying VAT and commercial law regulations (HGB).
3. Experience with financial software such as MS Navision or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
4. Ability to work independently, reliably, and precisely with a proactive approach.
5. Strong affinity for numbers, proficiency in Excel, and good teamwork skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
