Join Our Team as a Sales Administrator

As a key member of our Global Sales organization, the Sales Administrator plays a vital role in managing customer relationships and service levels. This position combines commercial responsibilities with order fulfilment, working closely with our field sales team in a multi-site international environment.

Role Objectives

The primary goal is to ensure a timely and accurate quote-to-cash process, maintaining high-quality service and demonstrating professional, structured customer management.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining trustful communication with customers via email, phone, or on-site visits.
  2. Monitoring customer development in terms of turnover, pricing, consumption, and contract fulfillment, and taking appropriate actions.
  3. Supporting the S&OP process with updated sales forecasts and customer priorities.
  4. Coordinating creation of customer and material master data in the ERP system according to company standards.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Are fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: German, Italian, Spanish, or French.
  • Have some experience in customer service in a similar role, preferably in a multinational industrial environment. Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Are proactive, self-motivated, communicative, and customer-centric.
  • Possess analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
