Ihre Rolle

You will spearhead the expansion of our Integrated Logistics business within the Consumer vertical globally. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Global Head of Integrated Logistics Business Development to define and implement go-to-market strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing business development activities across various countries, actively engaging with potential customers to identify and seize new business opportunities, developing segment-specific go-to-market approaches, leading initiatives to enhance our market positioning, and generating leads for our KN Integrated Logistics services. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining a robust pipeline of target accounts, presenting customized 4PL proposals, and managing customer communications throughout the opportunity cycle. With a strong background in logistics and supply chain, you will drive our growth and ensure the successful closing of new business deals.

  • Develop and implement segment-specific go-to-market approaches;
  • Engage with potential customers and generate leads;
  • Drive system testing and create work instructions;
  • Lead and manage the entire opportunity cycle from prospective to closing;
  • Develop customer-specific 4PL proposals based on an in-depth understanding of customer situations and pain points;
  • Present 4PL proposals to customer stakeholders and engage in follow-up work to convert target accounts into qualified opportunities;
  • Follow up on presentation requests from the KN organization in the specific segment.

Qualifications

  • Academic degree in supply chain management or a related business field (preferred);
  • More than 5 years of logistics market experience (preferably with a global scope covering all transport modes);
  • Practical experience in business development for logistics and supply chain solutions, with a demonstrated track record of bringing in new business and driving growth;
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills;
  • Customer engagement skills to ensure constant pipeline development;
  • Proven success in closing business deals;
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%;
  • Fluent in English (oral and written);
