Contract Type: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: €1,800–€2,000 NET/month + Private Accommodation
Experience Required: 3–6 years
Working Days: 6 days/week | 1 day off

The Opportunity

Join a leading hospitality group in Germany operating multiple high-end venues renowned for their large-scale events, refined banqueting, and unforgettable guest experiences. Hosting functions for up to 400 guests, this group delivers exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail at every event—from private dinners to grand galas.

This is a superb opportunity for a Chef de Rang looking to grow in a dynamic and professional environment where excellence and passion for service are at the heart of every operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a section during events, ensuring outstanding guest service from start to finish.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and senior service teams to deliver smooth and seamless service.

  • Prepare and maintain mise en place and station setup in line with event needs.

  • Train and guide junior staff during setup and service.

  • Maintain elegance, speed, and precision even under pressure.


Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 3–6 years' experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, banqueting, or event catering.

  • Highly organized, disciplined, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

  • Genuine passion for hospitality and customer care.

  • Strong communication and people management skills.

  • Fluent in English; basic German is a plus but not required.

  • Positive attitude, team player, and proactive mindset.
