Global Training Business Development Manager

Location : Remote (Anywhere in Europe)

You will empower local teams, innovate new solutions, and inspire others to achieve their best.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead with impact : Develop and implement comprehensive global training strategies that will take our services to the next level.
• Innovate and inspire : Drive the creation of new training services and guide country teams in developing their own localized solutions.
• Be the catalyst for growth : Identify opportunities for business expansion, and work closely with sales and delivery teams to execute innovative business ideas.
• Collaborate globally : Work with country teams to develop action plans that drive growth, exceed sales targets, and maximize profitability.
• Lead and mentor : Build a high-performance culture by coaching and inspiring teams to succeed and drive continuous improvement.
• Make a difference : Present compelling training service propositions to key customers, helping organizations around the world enhance their performance and sustainability.

• Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in a growth-focused role, ideally with a strong background in management system certification and training.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in training services and business development, enabling you to drive business performance effectively.
• Previous experience in a global role, showcasing your ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures.
• Strong commercial awareness and a record of delivering exceptional results.
• Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary, to support our global operations.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills to engage with stakeholders across borders.
