We are looking for a dedicated Lead Consultant / IT Consultant (m / f / d) – Microsoft Entra / Identity Security to be at the forefront of IT security and to meet the constantly growing requirements.

Work flexibly : Whether remotely or at one of our locations in Stuttgart , Essen , Munich , Hamburg , Frankfurt am Main , or Vienna – you decide.

How you’ll provide positive impact

• Take responsibility in Microsoft Entra / Security projects, maintaining a focus on the big picture to deliver high-quality changes.
• Play a leading role in the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Microsoft, contributing to the development and optimization of our delivery competencies.
• Assist in identifying and explaining the right Microsoft solutions for our clients in the pre-sales process.
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ business processes and contribute to building highly available Identity Security solutions.

Your Skills and Requirements

• You have a proven track record in the context ofMicrosoft Entra / Identity Security, identity and access management, customer IAM or a similar cybersecurity domain.
• In-depth knowledge of developing highly available identity and security solutions.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
• You have a leadership mindset and strategic planning skills / Experience in leading projects and willingness to take on responsibility.
• Team orientation and the ability to serve as a role model for the next generation of consultants.
• Very good German and English skills complete your profile
