Your sophisticated algorithms evaluate enormous amounts of image data efficiently. This enables the performance of our complex photomask systems, essential for defect-free microchip manufacturing.

Your Role

Our high-tech measurement systems for semiconductor lithography require extreme measurement performance and automated image evaluation. Processing large data volumes with machine learning presents challenges but offers high value to our customers. Your role is to integrate such solutions into our products.

You will develop precise image processing algorithms and machine learning solutions within an interdisciplinary team. Tasks include conceptual design, analysis, implementation, performance evaluation, and final product deployment. As part of an agile team, you turn ideas and data into digital products.

As a senior, you will facilitate knowledge exchange, steer complex development projects, and influence technology strategies.

Your innovative mindset helps you stay updated with latest developments and publications. You will expand your network within the company and research partners, fostering excellence.

Your Profile

• Excellent knowledge of machine learning and classical image processing, with solid understanding of geometric and physical optics
• Hands-on programming experience with Python, Matlab, possibly C++, and familiarity with parallel computing (CUDA, Cloud systems)
• Degree in physics, computer science, engineering, or applied mathematics (PhD preferred)
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a system developer and project management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams
• Proficiency in German and English, with excellent communication skills
