At Trackman, we are growing, as we are constantly striving to further develop our market-leading sport tracking solutions. This is why we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Success Manager for our Golf Driving Range & Commercial Indoor customers in the German-speaking region.

You will work closely with the global product owner for Range, Indoor Golf, sales representatives, marketing team, and customers.

What will you be doing?

Your main purpose is to ensure that all existing Trackman owners are successful in how they use and leverage our product.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Assist our commercial customers in planning and execution of a successful launch & operations.
  • Ensure that all on-site staff are fully educated in the use of the software and administrative tools.
  • Build our community of operators through regular events and workshops.

Activities could include but not be limited to:

  • Support customers in hosting successful launch events as well as ongoing initiatives to increase footfall, revenue, and overall engagement.
  • Train customers after the venue has been installed on all aspects of the Trackman product.
  • Maintain relationships with venue owners and staff, regularly schedule meetings to share the latest information and updates.
  • Help customers with marketing material and initiatives both at the time of launch and on an ongoing basis.
  • Arrange regional events, where facility owners can meet and network to share best practices and develop the community of operators.
  • Collate success stories and feedback from venues to support future sales.
  • Lead the referral program for operators to recommend future venues.

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Relevant sales, marketing, or customer-facing support experience in an international organization, ideally in Golf or Sports-related business.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably on-site.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide well-thought-out solutions.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and responsible person.
  • Operational with a strategic mindset.
  • A team player who shares feedback and helps when required.
  • Trustworthy, approachable, and quick-thinking with a problem-solver attitude.

Requirements:

  • Home/office in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
  • Driver's License and access to own vehicle (expenses paid).
  • Willingness to work "Out of hours" on weekends and evenings when necessary.
  • Prepared for domestic travel, 60%-75% of time on-site at customers.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel internationally.
