This role is part of our Presales organization, working closely with Sales Engineering, Sales Ops, and regional sales teams.

The focus of our Sales Enablement team is on establishing a common sales process, teaching our sales model, coaching and training both direct and partner sales managers, and offering enablement programs to our international partner channel. Our goal is to empower the entire sales community to excel through continuous curricula.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assessing and analyzing the readiness of individual sales contributors (both partner and direct sales managers).
  2. Using a data-driven approach to measure progress.
  3. Collaborating with VP Presales and regional VPs to align expectations, pacing, and timing of enablement efforts.
  4. Working with HR to optimize onboarding for new joiners.
  5. Developing group and individual enablement plans.
  6. Contributing to CRM opportunity creation and sales stage development.
  7. Fostering a culture of achievement with curricula around sales training, product positioning, and CRM workflows.
  8. Driving a culture of continuous education.
  9. Building templates and processes for partner/territory/account planning aligned with sales targets.
  10. Training partner sales managers for established and new channels.

What you bring to the table:

  • Multi-year experience in enablement roles within the tech sector.
  • Keen understanding of both direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Deep knowledge of sales funnel management, opportunity management, and lead qualification.
  • A conceptual mindset and interest in building a continuous learning environment.
  • Pragmatic approach to content library management for ongoing programs.
  • Willingness to adapt enablement methodologies to evolving business models and market demands.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus but not required.
