  4. Assess and advise on technical and commercial risks during MES project pursuits, ensuring risks are addressed during sales and execution phases to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Support large projects during delivery, providing high-level consultancy, mentoring team members, and participating in key customer meetings.
  6. Maintain industry expertise and lead MES knowledge development by working with domain experts to shape consulting solutions that meet evolving manufacturing IT needs.
  7. Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers at senior levels, serving as a key advisor during architecture and design reviews.
  8. Deliver internal and external presentations tailored to diverse audiences, supporting customer presentations at events.
  9. Provide feedback to technology and marketing teams and mentor the Syncade sales team during large international pursuits.

Candidate Profile:

You are a self-motivated, ambitious leader who acts with integrity and is passionate about making an impact. You strive for continuous improvement, push your team towards new goals, and challenge the status quo with creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, workflows, and batch records.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel within Europe up to 50%, including short or long-term assignments for commissioning and testing at customer sites.

Preferred Qualifications:
