DevSecOps Trainee

Get started at HDI Central Functions! HDI Central Functions encompasses the organisational areas of the company, including Human Resources, Internal Services, Purchasing, Accounting, and Collections/Disbursements. We offer an opportunity to innovate and grow together.

Your tasks:

1. Participate in an 18-month trainee program with learning modules designed to help you operate effectively within a global enterprise.
2. Be guided by a dedicated mentor who is an expert in DevSecOps.
3. Work across different agile development teams, gaining knowledge in software development, operations, security, agile methodologies, and more.
4. Apply your learnings in real-world projects, contributing to team growth and organizational success.

Your profile:

• Hold an above-average degree in software development, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Possess strong knowledge of Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Docker, and cloud services like Azure; prior successful projects are a plus.
• Focus on software quality, security, and automation in deployment and testing.
• Be ambitious about quality and velocity in your work, with clear personal goals.
• Value clean code and usability.
• Be a team player with excellent communication skills in English and/or German.
• Be curious and eager to learn.
