Medical Representative Northwest (f/m/d) Eyecare

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as Medical Representative for ophthalmologists, hospitals, private clinics, dispensing opticians, and optometrists.
• Disseminate scientific and clinical information on products in areas such as Myopia, Presbyopia, Light Management, and Instruments/Refraction.
• Promote products and services through visits, training, meetings, conferences, and events to develop prescriptions under the brand.
• Provide knowledge and solutions to support better patient outcomes.
• Conduct medical and technical education via field visits, congresses, events, and university training.

Responsibilities:

• Report to Medical Affairs Manager; disseminate evidence-based information to healthcare professionals.
• Plan visits and targets with Medical Affairs; monitor results and propose corrective actions.
• Support the establishment of a medical footprint in Germany, including being a keynote speaker at local events.
• Support growth of Stellest, Varilux, and Light Management solutions.
• Track performance metrics and adjust actions to activate accounts.
• Spend approximately 80% of time in the field, conducting customer visits and education.

INTERNAL: Medical, Sales, Marketing, Leonardo Teams

EXTERNAL: Eye Care practitioners, associations, schools

YOUR PROFILE:

• Optician training completed
• Knowledge in medical and clinical affairs, especially in myopia management
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• 5+ years sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills: active listening and stakeholder persuasion
