Position Overview

In your future role as a Software/Application Analyst (m/w/d), you will demonstrate your ability to work independently and in teams, and be motivated to continuously support our clients in software usage.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support our clients with questions and issues that arise.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, such as project management or product development, to provide qualitative solutions.
• Conduct training on various technical and product-related functions to improve software usage at the client site.
• Proactively monitor hosting and application services to ensure system availability.

Qualifications

• Education or degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience with software solutions, ideally in a global team.
• Practical knowledge of SQL, Windows and Linux operating systems, IBM, DB2/MySQL.
• Experience with C++, ideally Cobol, C, or AS400.
• Some experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
