Responsibilities

• Moderate online content (social media, forums, websites, etc.) to ensure compliance with community rules and standards.
• Remove or report inappropriate content, such as hate speech, violent content, or copyright infringement.
• Enforce the company's content moderation policies to ensure a positive and secure user experience.
• Collaborate with development and marketing teams to improve moderation features and community policies.
• Respond to user inquiries and concerns regarding content.
• Maintain accurate documentation of moderated content and actions taken.
