Summary: We are seeking a Finance Business Partner for the Ground Based Systems department, responsible for commercial project management and acquisition support for ground-based and vehicle-based sensor network solutions. The role involves proposal support, order processing, and project completion tasks. The position is limited until 31.12.2025.

Your Tasks:

• Serve as the contact person for project managers on commercial and contractual matters.
• Participate in commercial project management, monitoring contractual effects like penalties, warranties, liabilities, and claims.
• Prepare offer calculations and the commercial offer part.
• Ensure project accounting compliance with HGB, IAS, IFRS15, including price verification and audits.
• Participate in project controlling, co-calculations, cost analyses, and develop corrective measures.
• Assist in contract awarding processes and export license processing.
• Support operational planning, budgeting, and statistical analysis for the business area.

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in business administration or similar.
• Experience in finance and commercial areas.
• Project management experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP (SD / PS modules).
• Knowledge of public price law is advantageous.
• Analytical, independent, proactive working style.
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, team ability.
• Business fluent German and very good English skills.
