What is my role?

As Channel Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. You play a crucial role in our organization to distribute and sell our products and services to the reseller landscape.

Reporting to the Channel Alliance team, you will collaborate closely with a team of Channel Sales Managers. Your mission is to act as a bridge between our company and our channel partners.

Your goal is to drive revenue growth by leveraging the partner network effectively. With your strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, you foster successful partnerships and meet business objectives.

What am I responsible for?

  • You identify and recruit suitable channel partners based on their expertise, market coverage, and alignment with the company's goals and values.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including regular communication, training, and support.
  • You provide channel partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell the company's products or services.
  • You collaborate with channel partners to set sales targets and develop joint business plans, including creating strategies, forecasting sales volumes, and monitoring performance to ensure revenue goals are met.
  • You monitor and analyze sales data, channel partner performance, and market trends to identify areas for improvement, including measuring KPIs, conducting business reviews, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • You address and resolve conflicts that may arise between channel partners, requiring effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • You stay informed about market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • You coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, product management, and finance to ensure seamless execution of channel programs and initiatives.
