We seek an SAP Finance Manager to oversee SAP implementation, stabilization, and optimization for a global fashion retail business. Responsibilities include aligning SAP FI/CO, profitability analysis, and financial reporting with our omnichannel, digital, and sustainability goals.

This role involves leading SAP from planning through post-go-live support, ensuring integration across finance, supply chain, and sales channels. Collaborate with ERP leads to enhance financial visibility, automate workflows, and support analytics for profitability, revenue, and ESG compliance.

Your responsibilities

Pre-Implementation & Implementation:

• Lead SAP FI/CO strategy supporting retail, supply chain, and merchandising. Define system requirements for seamless integration with POS, e-commerce, and logistics. Collaborate with ERP leads on profitability, revenue analytics, and cost models.
• Integrate real-time sales data into financial dashboards. Support revenue forecasting, markdown analysis, and inventory valuation. Oversee data migration, testing, training, and change management.

Post-Implementation & Optimization:

• Monitor system performance, identify automation and analytics opportunities. Enhance profitability analysis, pricing, and revenue tracking.
• Partner with marketing and analytics teams for customer insights, conversion, and cross-selling strategies.
• Oversee compliance and sustainability reporting, including carbon footprint and ethical sourcing.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and tax requirements, including VAT, cross-border sales, and lease accounting.
• Lead upgrades and automation, integrating AI and machine learning into finance operations.

What you bring

• Proven expertise in SAP FI/CO, Controlling, and analytics implementation.
• Understanding of omnichannel finance, POS, and e-commerce operations.
• Knowledge of AI-driven forecasting, digital transformation, and BI tools.
• Experience with sustainability reporting and ESG compliance, including carbon tracking and ethical sourcing.
• Ability to collaborate across finance, supply chain, IT, marketing, and sustainability teams.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years in finance, accounting, or ERP management in retail fashion.
• Experience leading full-cycle SAP implementations.
