As an independent provider of youth welfare, we run residential groups for children and youth in Düsseldorf, Wermelskirchen, Hilden and Angelburg. These residential communities are social-educational. With us, you will find a varied and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
Child and youth welfare
Supporting the independent living of our clients and working with intensive pedagogical group homes
Outpatient support such as social-pedagogical family assistance, educational mentoring, and time-out measures
Experiential educational offerings such as school trips and holiday camps
Your Profile:
Entrance requirement (certified, notarized translation in German or English)
A structured, self-responsible way of working, as well as a strong communication personality
Willingness to take over work at weekends and flexible working arrangements
High motivation, teamwork, empathy, and creativity are our basic requirements
Studies at the IU International University of Applied Science
Payment of tuition fees
Free national public transport ticket and German courses
Monthly salary starting from 500 EUR (possible promotion)
