Purpose of the position

Project One is creating new ways of working within the whole Intersnack group by harmonising business processes, supported by a common IT solution stack. A diverse team of over 20 nationalities and 100+ colleagues work on this project.

The position holder is responsible for driving the application of Intersnack’s ONE template—comprising business processes and the Infor-based IT solution—across all countries and organizations within the Intersnack Group.

The Project One Roll-out Manager Master Data and Data Migration leads the implementation of the template within local organizations and supports local teams in Master Data Harmonisation and Data Migration to meet Go-Live targets. Acts as an ambassador of the headquarters organization and facilitates change management between local teams and Group Process Owners.

This role involves transferring data from legacy systems to the target solution, supporting local teams in enriching data, and managing data loads to ensure harmonized master data across the group.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Master Data and Data Migration implementation across the Intersnack Group.
• Support local teams in transitioning to the standardized ways of working and organizational setup, focusing on master data creation and enrichment.
• Ensure timely go-lives within scope and budget, maintaining data and process standards.
• Address and resolve local issues promptly for smooth transitions.
• Create Functional Specifications from a business perspective to bridge gaps in the application of the ONE template.
• Enable local resources to support implementation and support B2B operations, ensuring compliance with IT governance policies.
• Document all work according to project standards using tools like JIRA and SharePoint.

Scope of Authorization

Define and improve the realization approach in line with program guidelines, collaborating with Group Process Owners to meet project targets.

Education

University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Experience

10-15 years in IT or consulting, with FMCG (preferably food) experience, including project roles.

Qualifications

Project Management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) are desirable.

Skills (Soft & Hard Measures)

• Experience in Data Migration with Infor solutions or similar tools.
• Knowledge of database solutions (e.g., MySQL) and SQL.
• Experience working in multi-country organizations, preferably in FMCG.
• Proactive, results-oriented, with strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in managing organizational change and training.
• Proficiency in MS Office, fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
