Job Description:

You will be part of the People & Organization (P&O) leadership team, reporting to the Director P&O Business Engagement. As the Head of P&O Logistics, you are responsible for the core of P&O in our German Logistic Warehouses. We aim to attract, retain, and develop diverse, global talent to support our Group Strategy. You will work closely with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support organizational growth, culture, and talent management. Your role includes building an organization that facilitates long-term business scaling through talent acquisition, development, and retention, leveraging technology in HR service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Create a unified organization supporting employee engagement, leadership, and organizational development
• Lead HR Managers across multiple locations in Germany
• Manage partnerships with works councils and collaborate with the Strategic Employer Relations team
• Partner with recruiting leadership to develop scalable recruiting programs
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders, participating in strategic planning and leadership meetings
• Drive operational excellence in HR processes for scalable talent development
• Develop and lead a team of HR business partners

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of HR leadership experience, including managing leaders and developing HR professionals
• Strong knowledge of German labor law and experience working with works councils and unions
• Expertise in organizational design, team effectiveness, and performance management
• Passion for logistics and supply chain environments, with relevant industry experience
• Fluent in German and English at a business level
• Primary location: Berlin, with 15-20% travel across Germany
