What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Acquisition Specialist Mobile Apps who will help us in our efforts to grow our user base through paid social channels.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and implement ad strategy for growing paid acquisition according to product objectives around different channels
  • Develop and launch promotional campaigns for our iOS and Android applications on Mata Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, any other relevant networks
  • Cooperate with the Creative Team. Together, you will develop and test videos, custom product pages and other creatives, come up with ideas, propose hypotheses, monitor implementation, and give feedback
  • Proactively test new audiences, campaign types, channels and creatives in pursuit of constantly improving results
  • Plan and execute long term strategies for paid social campaigns and growth
  • Analyze promotional activities and optimize campaigns according to the established KPIs
  • Communicate regularly project status to team and upper management

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in buying traffic for mobile apps (iOS, Android)
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, etc.
  • Experience and focus on video ad campaigns
  • Experience with GA4, QlikSense, Adjust and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc.)
  • Experience with web landing pages and web-to-app, app-to-web purchases
  • Experience with substantial funds and numerous project campaigns
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills
  • Experience in project initiation
