Are you passionate about jewelry and customer support? TP Greece collaborates with Pandora, the world’s top jewelry designer and manufacturer, seeking Customer Support Representatives to join our team.

Everyday people around the world share facets of who they are and what matters to them through their Pandora jewelry. Be the voice of people's loves—join our team!

What you will do :

  1. Handle calls, emails, and chat in German with professionalism.
  2. Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, products, order status, tracking, and cancellations.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador—provide promotion support, and stay informed about current promotions and offers.
  4. Manage account and billing issues, upsell products, troubleshoot problems, handle fraud orders, and process returns following training guidelines.
  5. Collaborate and exchange ideas with colleagues.
  6. Ensure every customer has a positive experience.

What you will bring :

  1. Excellent command of German.
  2. Good knowledge of English.
  3. Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Computer literacy and tech savviness.
  5. Ability to multitask and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Willingness to work in rotating shifts and overtime if required.
  7. Customer support experience is advantageous.
  8. A positive, adventurous attitude.
