How you will create an impact:

• Design and implement end-to-end data architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to optimize data pipelines for AI/ML solutions
• Establish data management best practices for compliance, security, and high availability
• Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud environments for AI/ML applications
• Define cloud strategy focusing on high availability, security, and cost-efficiency
• Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI/ML models
• Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Establish MLOps practices, including feature store management and model monitoring
• Transition prototypes into secure, production-ready solutions
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks
• Refine operational processes for scalability and resilience
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate technical needs into solutions
• Mentor team members and promote operational excellence
• Present technical concepts to stakeholders to align with business goals

About you:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience, including 3 in consulting, in cloud operations, data infrastructure, DevOps, or MLOps
• Degree in a relevant field, fluency in English and German
• Proven success deploying production-grade data and AI/ML solutions
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong expertise in DevOps tools and practices
• Experience building high-availability environments for AI/ML workloads
• Ability to implement monitoring, security, and performance optimization
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership experience in managing complex infrastructure projects
