How you will create an impact:
- Design and implement end-to-end data architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to optimize data pipelines for AI/ML solutions
- Establish data management best practices for compliance, security, and high availability
- Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud environments for AI/ML applications
- Define cloud strategy focusing on high availability, security, and cost-efficiency
- Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI/ML models
- Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Establish MLOps practices, including feature store management and model monitoring
- Transition prototypes into secure, production-ready solutions
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks
- Refine operational processes for scalability and resilience
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate technical needs into solutions
- Mentor team members and promote operational excellence
- Present technical concepts to stakeholders to align with business goals
About you:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, including 3 in consulting, in cloud operations, data infrastructure, DevOps, or MLOps
- Degree in a relevant field, fluency in English and German
- Proven success deploying production-grade data and AI/ML solutions
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong expertise in DevOps tools and practices
- Experience building high-availability environments for AI/ML workloads
- Ability to implement monitoring, security, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership experience in managing complex infrastructure projects
