Intern Human Resources (m/f/d)
In the Human Resources department at the Heidelberg location
Start date: August 2025
Duration: 6 months (voluntary or mandatory internship)

Your role

• You are part of the HR team and support your colleagues in their daily tasks in the areas of personnel support, personnel marketing and personnel development and take responsibility for projects and tasks independently.
• You work actively with colleagues at home and abroad.
• Your ideas will help to optimize our processes and procedures.
• You are responsible for selected personnel development measures.
• You actively support applicant management and coordinate interviews and selection meetings with applicants.
• You contribute your skills to various company activities and employee events.
• You contribute your IT affinity to the design and maintenance of our internal communication platform.

Your profile

• Ideally, you are currently in an advanced semester of your studies in the field of economics, social sciences, education or psychology or a comparable course of study.
• You work independently and in a structured manner and have a quick grasp of things.
• We expect you to be confident in using standard MS Office applications and have a very good command of German and English.
• You are a team player, open to new experiences and enjoy your work.
