Your Role & Mission -You will be a key player in defining, developing, and refining our product to meet customer needs and drive the growth of our carbmee EIS platform. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap, drive go-to-market strategies, and ensure successful product launches.

Our Hiring Process -Our Product team is growing fast and we are seeking talented Product Engineers across different backgrounds and experience levels. • Collaborate with Product Management to define AI-related product features and set development priorities aligned with our sustainability vision and customer needs
• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms that power our carbon intelligence platform, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and accuracy
• Continuously monitor model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency, ensuring best-in-class user experience
• Work with our data engineering team to ensure data pipelines are robust, secure and capable of supporting AI-driven insights
• Partner with UX/UI, marketing, and sales teams to translate AI features into user-centric functionality and communicate technical capabilities effectively
• Establish testing protocols and governance processes, ensuring AI solutions adhere to data privacy and environmental compliance requirements
• Stay current on advancements in AI and sustainability tech to champion innovation within carbmee's product offerings

Your profile

Proven experience in building and deploying AI based solutions, preferably within a SaaS context

Familiarity with cloud-based development (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)

Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly features

Experience working with product managers, ideally in a product-facing engineering role

Experience in agile environments, adept at sprint planning, scoping and story prioritization

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset

Passionate about sustainability, carbon reduction, and the power of technology to drive positive change
