The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp-up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources include planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling, and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.

How You Will CELLebrate
  1. Act as a contact person for learners and the organization on the topics of further education.
  2. Support in the planning and implementation of workshops and training events, including handling logistical details.
  3. Conduct regular reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of training data.
  4. Serve as a learning coordinator in our learning management system and monitor requests to update learning histories.
  5. Review and evaluate internal data sources (e.g., feedback forms), initiate optimization measures, and document and evaluate the success of training courses.
  6. Coordinate with the event management service provider.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate in defining and optimizing interfaces between HL and other functions (finance, purchasing, internal HR).
  9. Review invoices from vendors and calculate costs internally if needed.
  10. Support budget control through tracking and forecasting.
  11. Manage contracts, including terms, terminations, extensions, and procurement/billing of training courses.
  12. Assist in communication with stakeholders and create communication materials, maintain SharePoint, etc.
What You Need For Our CELLebration
  1. Experience in HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  2. Strong organizational skills.
  3. Vocational training or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. German language skills are an advantage.
