Overview

Finance in Motion is a global impact asset manager focused on sustainable development in low and middle-income countries. The company develops impact investment funds that address climate change, biodiversity, natural resources, livelihoods, and economic opportunities, mobilizing over EUR 5.4 billion since 2009 across various regions.

Due to ongoing success, Finance in Motion seeks a Business Analysis Associate (m/f/d) to join their IT department in Frankfurt. The role involves supporting automation and optimization of business processes, providing robust software solutions, and serving as a BA competence center.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bridge between IT and Business units, understanding and translating needs into technical solutions.
2. Support rapid delivery of high-quality solutions and define/manage business requirements.
3. Coordinate and perform UAT, conduct analyses, and develop training/materials for system users.
4. Lead dialogue among Business Analysts to support projects with high value, and improve BA processes and tools.
5. Support continuous improvement of Project Management processes and tools.

What we expect:

1. Relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with Product Owner experience a plus.
2. Familiarity with methodologies like SCRUM, cost/benefit analysis, and business impact analysis.
3. Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and BA tools.
4. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; German is an advantage.
