Responsibilities

Are you a salesperson at heart? Then join our sales team as a Sales Representative (all genders) for the German-speaking markets and be responsible for establishing successful new business relationships resulting in the company's growth!

  • Establish and expand business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone, e-mail, and chat.
  • Identify cross- and up-sell potentials and promote the entire TeamViewer product platform.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions to meet your monthly goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Support and Retention, to ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in sales, ideally with up-selling and cross-selling skills.
  • Ideally, experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enjoyment working in an international team.
