Minimum Requirements

• Degree (diploma / master) in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering or equivalent disciplines
• Knowledge in realization of fiber preforms (MCVD technology, solution doping, glass working) and related equipment (MCVD system, glass-working lathe, gas supply systems, HF etching, etc.)
• Knowledge and relevant professional experience in fiber drawing and basic knowledge in fiber lasers would be of advantage.

The employment is on a fixed-term 2 year contract with the possibility of prolongation or transformation into an unlimited employment. The weekly working time is 39 hours.
