The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley, we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp-up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT handles all matters relating to information technology, i.e., electronic data processing. Responsibilities range from IT infrastructure to digitization of the organization and the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization.
How You Will CELLebrate
- Lead strategy and process development to build and improve ServiceNow CMDB and Assets (ITOM & ITAM).
- Plan, automate, and populate the CMDB; manage the CMDB, central libraries, tools, common codes, and data, ensuring data is current and accurate.
- Create, implement, and enforce Configuration Management policies and standards.
- Use standardized methods for identifying, recording, maintaining, reporting, and verifying IT asset configurations and documentation.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Asset best practices, standards, processes, systems, and measurements.
- Manage the IT asset portfolio concerning risk, cost, control, IT governance, compliance, and business performance.
- Ensure proper approval and communication of changes to Configuration and Asset Management methods and processes.
- Define technical specifications for ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB solutions.
- Develop reports on configuration status, license consumption, and IT asset reporting.
What You Need For Our CELLebration
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with Change, Configuration, and Asset Management in ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, MID server architecture, and principles.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, or other programming languages, and integration with third-party systems.
- Current/certified ServiceNow relevant certifications.
- Knowledge of ITIL and service management processes.
- Ability to present technical information clearly to a non-technical audience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German.
