Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  1. In your role as a Global HR Business Partner, you will take responsibility for a defined organizational area.
  2. You will manage all HR-related matters in close coordination with the respective country organization.
  3. You will report directly to a member of the HR Leadership Team, supporting them in the Global HR Business Partner role, conducting research and data analyses, creating visualizations, and independently handling specific tasks.
  4. Together, you will develop targeted solutions for defined HR topics and projects and support their implementation.
  5. As an HR Project Manager, you will coordinate the projects for which the HR Business Partner team is responsible in collaboration with stakeholders both within and outside of HR.
  6. You will have a comprehensive overview of ongoing projects and contribute this insight to the team’s strategic discussions.
  7. You will lead and support complex and international projects based on current and long-term strategic HR challenges.
  8. You will independently develop concepts, formulate solution proposals, and drive implementation in alignment with various stakeholders from both HR and the business.
  9. You will define the scope of projects/sub-projects, create project plans, and establish project structures.
  10. You will plan, organize, and lead workshops and present your project results to management.
  11. You hold a university degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a comparable field.
  12. You have extensive and relevant professional experience, either in management consultancy or within the HR department of an international corporation.
  13. In addition, you possess in-depth experience in global project management activities and are capable of independently developing strategic concepts and leading their implementation.
  14. You have a strong understanding of the HR portfolio, including programs, processes, and IT tools (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, People & Leadership Development, etc.).
  15. You conduct data analyses independently and prepare insights in a format tailored to specific target audiences.
  16. You are capable of collaborating with stakeholders at all management levels and leading them toward shared outcomes.

  • Your fluent German and English skills enable you to operate successfully in an international context.
  • You possess excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, and have experience with presentations and discussions at the executive level.
  • You have strong project management experience and the ability to translate business needs into successful HR initiatives.
  • You bring strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • You think strategically and continuously drive process improvements.
  • You are detail-oriented and structured, with a clear understanding of global interdependencies.
  • You are characterized by an independent working style, flexibility, and a strong team spirit, and you successfully deliver projects in our agile work environment.
  • You are capable of setting priorities and managing changing timelines and priorities effectively.
  • You demonstrate high social competence and team spirit.
  • You are a communicative individual who enjoys working with diverse partners and interfaces, is able to adopt and explain different perspectives clearly and understandably.
  • You are naturally able to build trustful relationships and inspire, influence, engage, and coach others.
