1. You will formulate and lead the product strategy for SimCity BuildIt, aligning it with the business objectives of Electronic Arts.
2. Use qualitative and quantitative data and rigorous testing to guide product strategy and grow the business. You must also be able to forecast the business and lead conversations and quarterly planning with the Finance Department.
3. Manage a team of game designers, product managers, and production specialists and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
4. Develop a compelling product vision for SimCity BuildIt, guiding the team through its execution and evolution.
5. Conduct in-depth market analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential threats to inform decision-making processes.
6. Collaborate with teams including design, engineering, marketing, and business development to deliver an exceptional experience to our players.
7. Promote a user-centric approach, prioritizing user experience and engagement to guide product enhancements.
8. Qualifications
9. 10 plus years experience leading and motivating teams.
10. Experienced in translating strategic plans into tactical actions.
11. Comprehensive understanding of mobile game development, monetization strategies, and live services.
12. Experience in game economy management is a plus.
13. Ability to communicate product updates, milestones, and progress effectively to internal and external partners, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
