Jobbeschreibung

Take ownership of demand generation across Northern Europe, with a strong focus on the DACH region, aligning with our company objectives and revenue targets.

  1. Plan and execute integrated multichannel campaigns to increase awareness, generate high-quality leads, and create pipeline using tactics such as ABM, email marketing, events, paid media, partner co-marketing, webinars, and more.
  2. Develop quarterly and annual demand generation plans and manage budgets effectively.
  3. Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and continuously optimize to improve engagement, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
  4. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Consulting teams to align strategies and accelerate results.

Your profile

  1. Degree in marketing, business, eCommerce, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation.
  3. Strong interest in and understanding of the eCommerce landscape.
  4. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ad Manager, and Microsoft Office.
  5. Excellent communicator, confident in internal alignment and external messaging.
  6. Skilled in copywriting and storytelling for B2B audiences.
  7. Proactive, enthusiastic team player who enjoys cross-department collaboration.
  8. Solution-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
  9. Native-level German and business-fluent English skills.
