ICE (Intracardiac Echocardiography) Clinical Development Specialist (m/f/d) - Germany
Home-office based in Germany
Purpose of the Job
As ICE Clinical Development Specialist, you will expand market share in the ICE market in Germany and support the core EP Field Technical Engineers with ICE expertise as needed.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Open new ICE accounts, execute strategic plans, support sales, and take on commercial responsibilities.
- Implement ICE training programs, conduct product presentations, and train new customers.
- Provide technical support during electrophysiology procedures using Abbott ICE equipment.
- Support EP strategy, promote Abbott products, and participate in educational programs and events.
- Respond to technical inquiries, stay updated on Abbott products and market dynamics.
- Initiate ICE studies and trials, maintain clinical knowledge, and support product advantages.
- Compare Abbott’s portfolio with competitors and produce market reports.
- Maintain CRM data, communicate across teams, and respond to feedback.
- Ensure product stock levels, adhere to policies, and follow quality standards.
- Participate in congress booth duties and back up FTEs when required.
Education & Competencies
- Scientific, medical, or technical education; Bachelor's required, Master's preferred.
- Experience in ultrasound or cardiology; healthcare industry or sales experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of local healthcare market, EP technical experience (preferably 3 years), familiarity with cath labs, and strong cardiac anatomy knowledge.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, technical and sales support skills, computer proficiency (MS Office, email), and experience with data analysis tools like Jira or Power BI.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
