Job Title: Sales Specialist (m/w/d) for Strategic Accounts
Job Description: In the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) Business, solution sales play a central role. As a Sales Specialist (m/w/d) for Strategic Accounts, you have the opportunity to position our leading medical technology solutions with strategically important customers across the DACH region.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategically position our solutions in patient monitoring & lifecycle services with key accounts in the DACH region to integrate the value of our technologies into clinical routines.
- Support our (Key) Account Managers throughout the sales process, from needs assessment to proposal creation and negotiations.
- Configure customized product and service packages for existing customers and develop tailored offers with the sales team.
- Confidently present our solutions during customer meetings, product demonstrations, training sessions, and at trade shows and conferences.
- Develop sales strategies collaboratively and support the implementation of local sales concepts.
- Monitor competitors and provide insights for portfolio development to marketing and sales teams.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Work closely with Customer Service and other interfaces to continuously improve processes.
- Maintain leads, opportunities, and forecasts in our systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure reliable sales planning.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in a technical, business, or medical field, or extensive clinical experience with relevant further training (e.g., Medical Technologist for Radiology or Intensive Care).
- Several years of experience in medical technology sales, service, or consulting solutions within healthcare, ideally in capital equipment or clinical IT.
- Good understanding of medical workflows and decision-making processes in healthcare, with basic medical knowledge.
- Experience in Healthcare Informatics, eHealth, and knowledge of reimbursement structures in DACH is advantageous.
- Confident, persuasive, with high sales and IT affinity, and strong negotiation skills.
- High initiative, reliability, and structured working style, even with complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented, with the ability to quickly understand customer needs and develop suitable solutions.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region and enjoy direct customer contact onsite.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
