Description:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Appian application development.
• Experience in design, implementation, and support of BPM-based solutions with skills in Appian 19.x, 20.x, 21.x and above, Database, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), HTML, XML, JSON, JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Appian Sites, Appian Records, UX design, SAML, OAuth Framework. Experience with system integration, mobile applications, portal applications, and extended interface development using the Appian suite. Appian L2 (or above) certification is required.
• Proven experience in two or more Appian BPM implementations. Strong problem-solving and design skills. Good understanding of Appian architecture, BPMN standards, and best practices.
• Experience in Appian plugin development, system integrations, and production support in both in-house and cloud environments.
• Ability to translate business process requirements into prototypes and screen flows for client demonstrations.
• Experience with relational database management, data modeling, database design, and SQL. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
