In collaboration with our R&D, marketing, and innovation teams, you will lead the development and deployment of circular solutions for our customers . You will act as the bridge between customer needs and cutting-edge sustainable innovations, contributing to our growth strategy while enhancing our circular portfolio.

Your responsibilities :

• Act as a subject matter expert on circular solutions, educating internal teams and customers about trends, technologies, and relevant recycling legislation.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into viable circular solutions, collaborating with R&D and marketing to develop innovative products and processes.
• Lead business development initiatives to expand the portfolio of circular solutions , fostering partnerships and joint development agreements.
• Promote the adoption of sustainable technologies through customer engagement, targeted promotional activities, and educational efforts.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and technological scouting to identify emerging opportunities, ensuring DOMO remains at the forefront of circular solutions.
• Support the implementation of innovation pipelines, aligning projects with DOMO’s sustainability and business strategies.
• Represent DOMO at trade shows , customer events, and industry forums to showcase our commitment to sustainability.

How will you get there :

You bring a strong academic and professional background, including :

• A university degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications in sustainability or polymer science are a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience in business development, marketing with a focus on sustainability within the chemical or polymer industry.
• Expertise in circular solutions and a strong track record of translating customer needs into impactful innovations.
• Fluency in English and the ability to travel as needed.
