Compliance & Safety Assistant

Location: Kirchanschöring, Germany

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review reports, assign them to the appropriate departments, and support risk assessments.
2. Monitor ongoing incidents to ensure timely resolutions.
3. Work with the Compliance team to implement corrective actions and resolve audit findings.
4. Assist in managing organizational changes and ensuring compliance with EASA and ISO regulations.
5. Draft and develop essential company documents, such as manuals and work instructions.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in aviation safety, compliance monitoring, or quality management (EASA and ISO environment preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field is a plus.
• Strong integrity, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken) and computer software skills.
