Would you like to gain in-depth experience in photography and imaging? TP in Greece collaborates with Canon, a leader in professional and consumer imaging equipment and information systems, offering opportunities for technology enthusiasts to support customers with printers, photocopiers, digital cameras, and other imaging products, primarily to German speaking clients.

We provide comprehensive training on the company’s products and troubleshooting techniques.

What you will do:

Responsibilities vary depending on the team:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
• Build and maintain professional relationships with partners, showing empathy
• Achieve targets set by the client and internal goals
• Address customer inquiries and resolve or escalate technical issues
• Follow diagnostic procedures, focusing on common questions
• Ensure customer satisfaction
