Job Description:

As an Account Manager for Metal Framing & Pipe Supports (MF&PS), you will serve existing customers and identify new growth opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and support business growth. You will develop strong relationships with key partners, end-users, OEMs, and other stakeholders to ensure our MF&PS products are specified and purchased, meeting sales targets.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will implement the regional MF&PS strategy in Germany and meet your set targets. This position is based in Germany.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver business growth as an ambitious sales professional with a hunter mentality, leveraging your knowledge of MF&PS products.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with regional and European goals.
  3. Analyze market opportunities to maximize margins and market penetration.
  4. Seek synergy opportunities across the business units, including process improvements, cross-selling, and upselling.
  5. Maintain relationships with distribution partners and understand local market characteristics.
  6. Drive sales excellence across channels and ensure pricing policies are followed.
  7. Forecast and report sales volumes regularly.
  8. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Technical Services, and Training teams to share market insights.
  9. Attend industry seminars, trade shows, and conferences.
  10. Utilize CRM tools effectively for sales activities.
  11. Work collaboratively within the company as One Team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field preferred.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, with in-depth product knowledge.
  • Strong technical, commercial, and strategic sales skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning, market development, and research.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent English and German communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce.com and SAP experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.
