As Operations Manager (f / m / d) you are part of the French country team consisting of three colleagues and collaborate closely with many other teams in our headquarter. In this role, you are the first point of contact for our existing French customers and are responsible for their high satisfaction. Additionally, you are at the interface between our internal teams, our customers and grid operators to ensure seamless technical integrations and efficient operations.

  • You provide high-quality customer service and support. Therefore, you have regular exchange with them and make sure that their inquiries are addressed and their requirements are met.
  • You are the interface with network operators, take care of certifications and transfers of capacity guarantees and support the implementation of new required processes.
  • In close collaboration with internal teams, you facilitate the integration of our customers’ assets into our Virtual Power Plant. You are also responsible to maintain their accurate data in our systems.
  • You constantly optimize and, if necessary, automate operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • You like being in contact with many different teams and stakeholders both digitally and onsite.
  • You are eager to learn and are passionate about the ever-changing energy sector.

These are your qualifications and skills

  • You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Business Engineer, Economics ...).
  • You have several years of experience in a customer service or operations management role within the energy sector. An experience with a grid operator in France is a plus.
  • You have a service mindset and a high customer-orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Your proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills give you the ability to identify issues, set clear priorities and implement effective solutions.
  • You speak excellent French and are fluent in English. Speaking German is a plus.
