THE OPPORTUNITY
Can you imagine yourself playing a key role in developing the IT Infrastructure of a rapidly growing international market leader in spatial technologies?
In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for NavVis employees seeking technical assistance, with the chance to take complete ownership of incoming requests on our IT Service Desk platform.
You will join an international and interdisciplinary team dedicated to the continuous development of our high-quality IT systems. The Service Delivery subteam, which you will be an important part of, is at the core of maintaining NavVis’s IT infrastructure, deploying critical IT solutions, and performing various day-to-day IT operations activities, including service desk support, troubleshooting, and incident response.
