The core task of the department is to set the corporate strategy and strategy targets and ensure their operationalization within CARIAD. This includes overall program steering, transformation office activities, and driving high-priority strategic projects. The department also defines the framework for strategy targets to ensure a unified organizational direction.

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary (Senior) Strategy Specialist (f/m/d) to shape our strategy targets and steer programs and initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to impact the entire organization and collaborate closely with senior management across the group and company.

The ideal candidate will combine strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with project teams and senior management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Drive and coordinate the definition of CARIAD's strategy targets and initiatives
• Lead and execute strategic initiatives, analyzing relevant data and presenting recommendations
• Develop and coordinate high-quality decision proposals for CARIAD & Group board meetings
• Shape the development of the CARIAD transformation and strategy operationalization program
• Contribute to other departmental topics

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in a technical field with at least 5+ years of experience in top-tier consultancy or a leading tech company's strategy department
• Proven experience in leading strategic projects, solving complex problems, managing stakeholders, and creating board presentations
• Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams
• Strong intercultural skills and stakeholder management
• Outstanding analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English and German communication skills
