What part will you play?

At Siemens eMobility, continuous improvement of products and cost base is key. We are looking for an Expert to join our team, focusing on productivity in material costs and cost value engineering during the design phase to optimize cost/feature balance. As a Design to Cost & Cost Value Engineering Expert (f/m/d), you will:

1. Plan and align CVE projects and activities within our eMobility team.
2. Coordinate projects and resources with the CVE organization.
3. Manage CVE projects to optimize product costs and sustainability.
4. Design ReDTC targets across product lines and sites.
5. Establish tracking and monitoring measures globally to drive productivity.
6. Drive and monitor ReDTC targets with cross-functional teams from R&D, SCM, and Purchasing.
7. Report ReDTC targets and forecasts to management.

What you need to make real what matters

You should have:

• A master’s degree in electrical engineering or Business administration with an engineering focus.
• Long-term experience in project management and coordinating global teams.
• Proven experience with DTC and CVE tools.
• Familiarity with Team Center and SAP.
• The ability to create innovative solutions.
• The capacity to build long-term relationships with colleagues and external providers.
• Enjoyment working in international, multi-functional teams.
• Very good English skills; German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to present and discuss technical strategies and ideas.
