Your mission

• Technical documentation of our product in German and English
• Translating technical data fields into readable and understandable formulations, ensuring consistent terminology in German and English
• Creation of guided product tours for an interactive user experience
• Creation of a knowledge database in the form of Q&A elements
• Creation of technical documentation and style guides for developers, both internal and external
• Active collaboration during the development of new product features with regard to the intuitive usability of the user interfaces for an excellent user experience
• Preparation of content (e.g. video, manual, tooltips, smart FAQs)

Your profile

• Completed studies in technical editing/communication or comparable training
• Fluent language skills in German and English
• Excellent writing skills to document complex technical issues in an understandable way for our users
• Proactive way of working
• Agile and customer-first mindset
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams (e.g. product management and developers)
• Openness to the challenge of digital transformation of traditional documentation
• Ability to actively and successfully shape change processes

Desirable:

• Knowledge of working with terminology tools such as Phrase, AsciiDoc, GitHub, Visual Studio, etc.
• Experience with modern dialog tools such as chatbots
