Job Description:

To support our Customer Care team, we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – UK English (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process.
  • Respond to customer requests via phone calls and emails.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service, understanding the nuances of e-commerce business.
  • Continuously improve internal processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Native verbal and written proficiency in US or UK English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Some experience in customer care or a service-oriented industry.
  • Conscientiousness in handling customer data.
  • Flexibility, teamwork skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive attitude, good organizational and time management skills.
