Major Role & Responsibilities:

Drink Preparation & Service:

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or customer preferences.
Suggest drink options and pairings to enhance customer experience.

Customer Service:
Greet guests warmly and build positive relationships.
Take drink and sometimes food orders accurately and efficiently.

Bar Maintenance:
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Wash glassware and bar tools regularly.

Cash Handling:
Process payments, make correct changes, and manage tabs using POS systems.

Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and report needs to the manager.
Rotate stock and ensure proper storage of beverages.

Compliance & Safety:

Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
Follow health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Teamwork:
Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers.

Assist colleagues during busy hours to maintain smooth operations.
