Purpose of the role

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role is to identify and apply appropriate advertising solutions through active collaboration with Dutch companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You will work with a variety of advertisers to deliver the optimal digital advertising solutions tailored to each customer.

This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets and be part of a larger sales team expanding the Client customer base across EMEA. You will join the largest team creating unique customer experiences and actively influencing the German online marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement creative strategies to enhance our client companies and agency relationships by tailoring and sharing performance-enhancing suggestions, and upselling or promoting other Google products.
• Provide strategic advice to help businesses and agencies maximize ROI on their advertising investments through a consultative approach.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Communicate proactively with customers via phone, video conference, and email.

Requirements

• BA / BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience
• C2 level of German proficiency
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in building and optimizing PPC campaigns
• 0-1 years of experience in sales
• Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube
• Strong team player with leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
• Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and grow

Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

Contract and Compensation

• Permanent contract
• Salary starting from €30,000 gross per year, with up to €3,500 gross per year in bonuses (with overachievement possibilities)
