Qualifikationen

• 3+ Jahre Erfahrung als Producer im mobilen Free-to-Play-Markt.
• Erfahrung im gesamten Lebenszyklus eines Spiels von der Konzeption bis zur Veröffentlichung.

Senior Producer (f / m / d)

If you love free-to-play games and would love to be part of a cross-functional team working on an idle game with millions of players every day, then this is the right job for you. By reporting directly to the Product Lead, you would be working on planning and managing the workload of a very agile team working on our live game "Idle Bank Tycoon". By being the Scrum Master and communicating with different stakeholders, you will help us reach our goal of innovating the free-to-play mobile market.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing the daily workload of a cross-functional delivery team
• Enabling your cross-functional team to do their job in the best way possible
• Assisting in the planning of the high-level product roadmap together with the Product Lead and other stakeholders
• Creating achievable production schedules in coordination with key stakeholders
• Managing a cross-disciplinary team and working alongside the game development department leads to defining and delivering content
• Continuously improving the collaboration and processes within the team
• Risk tracking and mitigation strategies
• Taking partial ownership of the communication with other teams which include but are not limited to the AdMonetization, Marketing, Data, and Tech teams

Required skills

• 3+ years experience working as a Producer in the mobile free-to-play market
• Experience of the entire game life cycle from conception to release and LiveOps
• Experience in managing a game in the LiveOps stage
• Familiar with project management software and methodologies
• Strong project management, scheduling, and multi-team coordination experience
• Excellent communication skills in English, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Empathy and a feel for people
• Passionate about free-to-play mobile games
• Experience in working as a Producer in a game in the LiveOps stage
• Familiarity with Unity and Jira
