Job Description:

We are looking for a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) SEA for Mediaplus at our Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, or Cologne location, starting as soon as possible.

Your Tasks:

  • Manage and develop international campaigns, maintaining direct contact with clients (virtually and on-site).
  • Regularly communicate successes and challenges with your team lead and clients.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate search, shopping, display, video, and app campaigns.
  • Handle budget responsibilities, ensuring target and budget compliance, and maintain quality assurance.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B/N and multivariate tests, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Create and present campaign reports, market and competitive analyses.
  • Collaborate closely with your team lead and an interdisciplinary team of experts to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Delegate standard and complex tasks to the operations team to focus on client care.

Your Requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience in performance marketing, especially in search engine marketing with operational expertise.
  • Customer-centric mindset, solution-oriented approach, confident and convincing demeanor.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics; certifications are a plus.
  • Advanced English skills and willingness to work in an international environment.
  • German language skills at least at C2 level are required.
